Although we at Sidkoff, Pincus & Green are known in the legal community as Philadelphia business lawyers and as commercial lawyers, we actually devote a large portion of our time and attention to trial law in cases where the issues are very complex and our clients are in a fight for their lives, reputations and financial viability. Often we are paired off against the government or multinational companies. Our cases are therefore usually very challenging, but one thing has been established: if we take a case, and if our client gave us good information when we evaluated it, we won’t back down because of the firepower our opponents try to throw at us.
The focus of our attention during any given time frame is a product of the type of work our clients bring to us. Recently, we have seen a heavy concentration on business and employment litigation, mixed with contract negotiations, drafting of transactional documents, and advising business clients on matters of International Law.
