Marcela C. Rodriguez studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, obtaining Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Advocacy from that prestigious university. His specialty was in Consumer Law, worked with great success as a member of the User Management team of the Telecommunications regulatory entity in Peru, OSIPTEL, for more than five years.
