Founded in 1999, the Mark Blane Law Firm is an award-winning team of personal injury lawyers that look to hold those who do unsafe things in our community accountable for their actions. We do this for those who are injured by these unsafe choices, and to make sure it is not repeated to another. Whether it is the result of being careless, it is still a choice. A person, or company, either chooses to do things safe or unsafe. The defense tries to confuse and muddy the waters with safe choices. We are taught growing up that conduct rewarded is conduct repeated. The community needs a “public watchdog” to make sure we are all following the safe conduct rules…and if not, we need lawyers to ask juries to enforce these rules for everyone.
