Mr. Haghighi has made it his life’s mission to help others from all walks of life fleeing persecution, want a new start in this country, or have come to this land seeking the American dream. During the last 18+ years, Mr. Haghighi has consistently traveled all over the United States, defending his clients from deportation and removal in various immigration courts, whether in detained or non-detained settings. He has successfully represented thousands of clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and various United States Circuit Court of Appeals, legitimatizing their status here, allowing his clients to live and work in the United States.
