From 1979 until 1983, Mr. Lehr worked with Janet Reno at the Office of the State Attorney in Miami, Florida, where he was the Chief Prosecutor for the Dade County Courts and Senior Trial Attorney in the Narcotics Divisions. During his tenure at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Lehr was appointed to become a member of the Florida Governor’s Task Force in Alcohol and Highway Safety. In 1983, Mr. Lehr began his illustrious venture into private practice as a criminal defense attorney. Today, after more than 360 jury trials in both state and federal courts, Mr. Lehr continues to work tirelessly for his clients’ rights. Mr. Lehr takes pride in explaining the law to his clients and presenting them with various options that will not only resolve their situation but ensure that the clients’ individual needs and wishes are taken into consideration.
